AI TOKEN Factory provides unified AI model access and token services for individuals, teams, and business customers. It gives customers a clear entry point for using different models and capabilities.

The service is independently operated and deployed on top of an open-source gateway project. We are not an official website of any upstream model provider and do not make commitments on behalf of upstream platforms.

Upstream providers may change their APIs, prices, rate limits, or service scope. Some models may be temporarily unavailable due to upstream changes, network failures, maintenance, or force majeure.

Usage boundaries and disclaimer

This service is for lawful and authorized AI API usage only. Before using it, confirm that you have the required accounts, API keys, content permissions, and commercial-use rights.

Do not use the service for unlawful or rights-infringing activity, including fraud, attacks, malware, spam, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, bypassing authentication, or evading platform safeguards.
Do not abuse upstream services by bypassing regional restrictions, billing controls, content-safety requirements, or provider terms.

Verify generated output. Model output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or security decisions.
No absolute availability guarantee. We work to maintain stability but do not guarantee every model or request will be available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or data loss caused by upstream services.

If an account is compromised or a service is abused, we may apply rate limits, suspend or revoke access, disable credentials, retain necessary logs, and cooperate with lawful requests.

Accounts, quotas, and charges

Accounts, tokens, plans, quotas, and balances may only be used within the authorized scope.
Keep login credentials and API tokens secure. Customers are responsible for losses caused by disclosure, sharing, or poor credential handling.
Prices, billing, validity, refunds, and exception handling are governed by the purchase page, order page, and service rules in effect at the time.
